The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a support role and takes pride in being the trusted right hand to a busy executive.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, and daily schedule to maximize efficiency
• Serve as first point of contact for communications: draft responses, prioritize emails, and coordinate follow-ups
• Track tasks, deadlines, and key initiatives
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and partners to keep projects on track
• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
• Ensure details don’t slip through the cracks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
• Exceptional organizational skills with a “nothing falls through the cracks” mentality
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and learning new systems
• Steady, positive personality
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
• Passion for golf or familiarity with the industry
