Main Purpose of the Job
We're looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Aircraft Project Manager to ensure the continuous operation of logistics warehouses for Aeronautics parts, based in Herndon, VA (Washington D.C. area). You'll manage diverse projects, including the parts lifecycle across our Dulles (VA), Atlanta (GA), and Miami (FL) warehouses. Your role will also involve the development, implementation, and support of software and hardware to guarantee business continuity. The ideal candidate will quickly adapt to a complex, multi-cultural infrastructure spanning various time zones.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
● Development and Technical :
○ Participate in business workshops to ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of aircraft applications
○ Write technical and functional specifications for different aircraft application
○ Insure Network infrastructure operation with different subcontractor
○ Insure the operation of the different incidents ticketing system
○ Coordinate the UAT/BAT of new features
● Aircraft Project Management:
○ Plan and monitor the different stages of projects in agile and waterfall mode
○ Coordinate with internal and external teams
○ Ensure regular reporting on project progress
