Position: Plaintiff Employment Attorney

Location: Century City, CA (Remote or Hybrid Options Available)

A highly regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm in Century City is seeking a Plaintiff Employment Attorney to join its growing team. The firm handles cutting-edge employment litigation, including FEHA claims, wrongful termination, and wage and hour class actions, and was recognized among the top 2024 class action settlements in three California counties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious attorney looking to grow in a collaborative environment while taking on meaningful, high-impact work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including FEHA, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims.
• Manage discovery, drafting, depositions, and motion practice.
• Work closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client communication.
• Participate in class and representative action litigation; firm is willing to train in class action and FEHA work if needed.
• Represent clients in mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in employment law (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently or remotely.
• Willingness to collaborate with a small, dynamic team.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$160,000 – $220,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
