Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting neurodiverse youth and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Your Role:
· Manage a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients, maintaining standard BCBA responsibilities
· Implement neurodiversity-affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
· Conduct assessments and submit semi-annual re-evaluations to track progress
· Maintain clinical and administrative records in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards
· Provide parent training and collaborate with speech, occupational, and physical therapists, as well as psychologists
· Supervise, train, and provide constructive feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Requirements:
· Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
· Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions
· Proven experience implementing ABA methodologies with children with autism
· Successful background screening and verification
License/Certification:
