Civil Design & Engineering, Inc. (CD&E) is a Northern Arizona–based civil engineering and land development firm specializing in site development, infrastructure design, architecture, land surveying, and the entitlement process for projects across Arizona and the Southwest.
Our work spans residential, commercial, municipal, and tribal projects.
