Clinical Pharmacist (REMOTE)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Clinical Pharmacist (Remote) who excels at balancing clinical precision with compassionate communication. Responsibilities

• Review and process pharmacy prior authorization requests and formulary exceptions in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Conduct peer-to-peer clinical consultations and provide subject matter expertise for claims issue resolution.
• Oversee and support pharmacy operations staff in maintaining compliance and timely determinations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on training, formulary management, and clinical program development.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to new quality and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience or completion of an accredited residency program.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state (MTM certification desirable).
• Experience in managed care, pharmacy operations, or supervising technical staff preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with proficiency in standard office software.
