This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained by performing the following duties.
Effectively manages large amounts of incoming calls.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Process customer accounts and file documents.
Handle incoming request from customers and ensure that the request has been met.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Make reservations – Hotels, rental cars, limo services.
Order catering.
Facilitating effective and efficient handling of customers transactions.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Communicate with customers via phone and email.
Clean and make sure facilities are always presentable.
Marshal aircraft.
Dispatch fuel calls.
Finalize transactions.
Finalize and process fuel invoices on each closing shift.
Make copies and send faxes as needed.
Direct customer calls to the appropriate personnel.
Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful way.
Call based customers as directed by upper management.
Make sure desk is stocked with proper materials needed per your shift.
Prepare monthly invoices to be mailed to respective customers.
Arrange and schedule maintenance repairs as directed.
Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.
Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
*Must be available to work weekends, weekdays, evenings and holidays.
*Must have a valid driver's license.
*Must be at least 21 years old.
*This is a part-time position.
*This position starts at $16.25/hr pending experience
