Are you a passionate Dance Instructor instructor who loves working with children? Ensemble Schools is looking for experienced teachers to inspire and nurture the next generation of dancers at Dance with Me School of Dance . Our growing studio in Bel Air, MD , focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because Dance with Me is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®

We are currently looking for SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS for our 2025-2026 season. When we are next looking for regular instructors, we will be pulling directly from our sub list.

Responsibilities:

• Instructing students in dance techniques across various genres , ages, and skill levels.
• Strong background in dance and education required for this position.
• Dance experience not required but a big plus.
• Developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
• Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to the art of teaching acrobatics.
• Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
• Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Higher education degree in dance, dance education or related fields highly encouraged.
