Source One is a consulting services company and we’re currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant to our direct client, a global pharmaceutical company in Somerville, NJ.
Title: Deductions/Claims Analyst (Contractor)
Pay Rate: $46.61/hr (W-2)
Duration: 2 years
Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site, 2 days remote
Summary: This analyst role will be responsible for the investigation, analysis and timely resolution of customer deductions/claims. If a product is damaged, must assess if a credit is warranted. This is a customer facing role working with the Invoice to Cash Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service by building collaborative relationships with external customers and internal business partners.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our customer business practices and internal policies/requirements.
- Partners with accounts, reverse distribution, logistics, sales, finance and other key stakeholders on complex issues, analysis and development of customer specific action plans.
- Leads initiatives to minimize deductions and implement process improvements that lead to achievement of organizational and individual account goals.
- Utilize process excellence tools & technology to identify account revenue trends.
- Utilize Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Word) as well as business applications such as: SAP, Business Warehouse, Comet.
- Prepare and effectively present information in various settings and across organizational levels.
- Duties will be carried out in compliance with all company, local, state and federal regulations and guidelines including FDA and DEA.
Requirements:
- SAP knowledge required (Atlas or ROTC)
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Must have at least 2 years of experience
- Must have experience investigating Deductions and Claims
- Experience working with service delivery issues
- Must have experience working with Stakeholders and managing the interactions
- Experience in Salesforce and PRM knowledge would be a plus
- Should have some kind of Finance knowledge, or know the Finance side of Supply Chain
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
