Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Organizing, filing, and maintaining both physical and digital documents.
  • Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire document lifecycle, including creation, approval, revision, and archival.
  • Version Control: Maintaining accurate versions of documents and tracking changes.
  • Document Distribution: Distributing documents to relevant personnel and teams.
  • Quality Control: Performing regular audits and checks to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
  • Collecting various data from contractors (Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English, Korean) Required

Required Skills

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage large volumes of information and maintain accurate records.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in document management.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with various teams and departments.
  • Knowledge of Document Control Procedures: Understanding best practices for document management and compliance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with document management systems and other relevant software.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving issues related to document control.
