Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to learn. You will be responsible for assisting in identifying potential customers, promoting our products, and supporting our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media).
• Support senior sales team members in conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain customer records and update information in our CRM system.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, including preparing sales reports and tracking leads.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Interest in sales or business development.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.

Compensation details: 32-40 Hourly Wage
