What You’ll Do:

• Deliver and pick up packages to homes and businesses, aiming for up to 150 stops daily.
• Safely operate and inspect your vehicle, keeping safety first in all weather.
• Load and organize packages, use a scanner for accurate tracking, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Work independently and with our awesome team to complete routes on time.
• Lift up to 75 lbs. solo or 150 lbs. with a hand truck – sweat is part of the game!

What We’re Looking For:

• 21+ with a valid driver’s license (Class D Chauffeur’s license needed – we’ll help you get it during training).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test (includes marijuana, with random screenings).
• Pass a FedEx Ground criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to our Covington, LA location.
• Ready to hustle, stay punctual, and handle stairs and Southern Louisiana heat.
• No experience needed – just a strong work ethic and team spirit!
