The Field Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and performance of our analytical instruments at customer sites. As a Swan Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our instruments, as well as competitors, providing outstanding technical support to our valued customers.
