WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO WELL:
· Have experience with Finish trim. (Install doors, windows, moldings, casing, baseboards, crown molding)
· Skilled with hand tools and power tools (miter saw, jigsaws, routers, nailer's, ect)
· Maintain and exceed the high-quality standards and time frames set by the company
YOU WILL BE AN AWESOME ADDITION TO THE TEAM IF:
· You have a minimum 3 years of finish-carpentry
· Willing to work hard and driven to meet deadlines
· Solid understanding of building plans and specification
· You are a self-starter and self-motivated problem solver
· You are excited to work with one of the top home builders in the valley
