Head of Supply Chain - Summary
* Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across U.S. and international manufacturing sites and CMOs.
* Oversee procurement, planning, logistics, and S&OP processes; report directly to the CEO.
* Manage 4 direct and 4 indirect reports; key member of the senior leadership team.
* Develop and implement supply chain strategy, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
* Ensure timely delivery of materials, optimize inventory, and support working capital goals.
* Guide make/buy decisions and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and distribution standards.
* Build and lead high-performing global teams focused on operational excellence and cost optimization.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required; advanced credentials preferred.
* 10+ years in supply chain/logistics within generic pharmaceuticals.
* Experience in manufacturing environments and leading global teams.
* Strong strategic thinking, customer focus, and financial acumen.
* Skilled in process improvement, compliance, and cross-functional leadership.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
