We’re looking for a licensed Attorney (JD) or Associate with 2–7 years of experience at a corporate or commercial law firm, someone who has worked extensively with contracts, MSAs, BAAs, and other tech-related legal agreements. The ideal candidate is excited to pivot out of traditional practice and leverage their legal training in a fast-growing LegalTech / AI startup environment.
In this role, you’ll partner with prospective clients across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, bringing legal credibility and subject-matter expertise to product demos, discovery calls, and presentations. You’ll help translate complex legal workflows into clear product value, influence buying decisions, and play a direct role in driving revenue and market adoption.
