About the Job

Wells Homes is a premier  luxury homebuilder specializing in high-end custom residences in Highland Park, University Park area of Dallas, Texas. We combine exceptional craftsmanship, timeless architecture, and thoughtful interior design to create homes of enduring quality.

We are seeking a talented  Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential design, excellent communication skills, and professional certifications in leading design software such as  AutoCAD Revit , and  SketchUp .

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts, color palettes, and finish selections.
  • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Source and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and furnishings.
  • Coordinate closely with builders, architects, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed precisely.
  • Prepare design presentations, finish boards, and project documentation.
  • Oversee installation and final styling to ensure quality and consistency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 3+ years of residential interior design experience (custom or luxury home experience preferred).
  • Certified proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (required).
  • Knowledge of construction details, material specifications, and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-interaction skills.
  • NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
