We are seeking a talented  Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential design, excellent communication skills, and professional certifications in leading design software such as  AutoCAD ,  Revit , and  SketchUp .

• Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts, color palettes, and finish selections.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Source and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and furnishings.
• Coordinate closely with builders, architects, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed precisely.
• Prepare design presentations, finish boards, and project documentation.
• Oversee installation and final styling to ensure quality and consistency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of residential interior design experience (custom or luxury home experience preferred).
• Certified proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (required).
• Knowledge of construction details, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-interaction skills.
• NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
