Wellness & Med Spa offers a full range of aesthetic and wellness services including Botox® and other neurotoxins, dermal fillers, medical-grade skincare treatments, facials, chemical peels, lash and brow services, hormone therapy, weight loss programs, and functional wellness solutions. This is an on-site contract role for a Licensed Aesthetician located in Madison, MS. The aesthetician will provide a variety of skincare and beauty services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, lash and brow services, and other aesthetic treatments within their training and scope of practice. Daily responsibilities include performing high-quality treatments, assessing skin concerns, recommending personalized skincare plans, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring that all treatment areas meet the spa’s cleanliness and safety standards. The aesthetician will work closely with injectors, wellness providers, and other team members to deliver an elevated and seamless client experience.

• Current Mississippi Aesthetician License
• Proficiency in facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, lash and brow services, and other aesthetic treatments
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, product ingredients, and treatment contraindications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered, positive attitude
• Ability to assess skin concerns and create personalized treatment plans
• Comfortable educating clients on skincare routines and recommending medical-grade products
• Ability to maintain accurate client documentation and uphold a spotless, safe treatment environment
• Experience working with medical-grade skincare lines is preferred
• Must have strong professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to exceptional service
• CPR certification is a plus
• Must have own supplies
• Preferred: An established aesthetician with an existing book of business looking to grow within a thriving med spa environment
