We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LMFT) who is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and intakes
  • Provide brief therapy, crisis intervention, and individual counseling for mild to moderate cases
  • Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and community organizations for coordinated care
  • Participate in peer reviews and supervise MSW interns (as needed)
  • Uphold legal and ethical standards, including mandatory reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Licensed as LCSW or LMFT by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
