Material Handlers play a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring materials are moved, equipment is stocked, and spaces are cleaned to the highest standards. Without dependable Material Handlers, production can’t happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate walkie stackers to safely move materials
• Keep conveyors loaded with tubs and lids to maintain production flow
• Perform the Material Air Lock (MAL) process, including cleaning and documenting classified spaces
• Accurately record cleaning and material movement in MES and GDP systems
• Support housekeeping and general cleaning duties in production areas
• Work as a dependable, positive member of the team

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual — consistently shows up on time and ready to work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Coachable and able to follow processes and procedures
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or production environments

Preferred Background

• Prior manufacturing or production experience (Pepsi, Coke, or other high-volume environments)
• Walkie stacker or material handling equipment experience (preferred, not required)
