Office Manager – The Heart of Our Office!

We're looking for a rockstar Office Manager who’s equal parts organized, reliable, and fun to work with. If you love keeping things running smoothly, know your way around QuickBooks and BQE, and enjoy working with a team that values integrity and a good laugh, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do (in a nutshell):

💼 Admin & Accounting Pro

• Handle invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll (with a smile).
• Work closely with our accountant and keep QuickBooks humming.
• Manage BQE for our project management team.
• Pay taxes, track PTO, and process IRA contributions.
• Keep us compliant with licenses, insurance, and professional registrations.

📞 Office Vibes Manager

• Answer phones and greet guests like a pro.
• Coordinate fun office events and manage supplies.

🧾 Billing & Client Comms

• Prep invoices from BQE and send them to clients.
• Track payments, update records, and follow up when needed.
• Handle proposal paperwork, insurance forms, and W-9s.

What We’re Looking For:

• QuickBooks wizard (payroll, invoicing, the works)
• Knowledge of BQE or willingness to dive into it!
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and good at juggling tasks
• Friendly, honest, and a team player
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in an engineering firm!
