A confidential UHNW individual based in the Santa Barbara area is seeking a polished and dependable Personal Assistant to provide seamless day-to-day support across personal and professional needs. This role is fully on-site, based out of the principal’s home office, and best suited to a proactive, organized, and unflappable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, discreet, and anticipatory — someone who can stay several steps ahead and bring a sense of calm to a busy household. Success in this role requires sound judgment, adaptability, and a “no task too small” attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the principal’s right hand, providing daily personal support.
• Taking directive from and collaborating closely with other team members.
• Coordinate personal schedules, appointments, and complex travel logistics.
• Handle daily errands, oversee deliveries, and manage personal tasks such as packing/unpacking, coffee or meal runs, and household organization.
• Accompany the principal to appointments and assist with driving as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
• Support management of household inventory, vendor relations, and pet-related needs.
• Must be comfortable working around pets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Personal or Administrative Assistant.
• Based locally in the Santa Barbara area with deep familiarity of the region.
• Comfortable working out of a private home and adjusting to informal or evolving work environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to assist outside standard hours when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
