Job Description

We are seeking experienced Pipe Layers to join our team in Panama City, FL. The ideal candidate will have the ability to shoot grade, set up lasers, and accurately read and interpret construction plans . This role is critical to ensuring proper installation of underground utilities and drainage systems according to project specifications.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience as a pipe layer in civil or utility construction.
• Ability to shoot grade and set up lasers accurately.
• Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications .
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Lay and align pipes for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
• Shoot grade and maintain proper elevations throughout installation.
• Set up and operate laser levels and other grade-checking equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications .
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Work collaboratively with equipment operators and site supervisors.
• Perform trenching, bedding, and backfilling as needed.
