Job Opening: Plant Manager – Richmond, IN

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the team at the Richmond, IN treating plant as a  Plant Manager .

As the  Plant Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Richmond plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met. You will lead a dynamic team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with the General Manager as well as other departments to ensure the plant’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant operations include Receiving, Treating, Shipping and coordination of loads inbound and outbound. Currently there is no manufacturing at this location.
• Oversee plant operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the General Manager ensure production goals, manage budgets, and align plant objectives with overall company strategy.
• Ensure the plant is compliant with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plant operations, management, supervisory or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive operational improvements.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and labor regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
