Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-driven Project Management Coordinator to support the Project Managers on an active construction project in Rancho Cucamonga. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, organization, and ownership of project processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Owner’s Site Rep and PMs with documentation, submittal tracking, RFIs, meeting minutes, and short-term look-aheads.
• Own and maintain all project logs — turnaround tracking, distribution, and documentation accuracy.
• Manage contract administration: prepare PO/CO packages, route for approvals, and maintain executed files.
• Track safety program elements including observations, toolbox talks, and action item closure.
• Use Procore for RFIs, Submittals, Contracts, and Safety Observations, and Bluebeam for document reviews.
• Maintain daily coordination and communication with the Owner’s team, delivering crisp written updates.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam (required).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience in construction contract administration and document management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in an onsite, fast-paced environment.
