Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily housing community under the supervision of the Regional Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at staff management, resident relations, budgeting, and maintaining a high-performing property.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management.
• Recruit, train, and coach on-site staff to achieve company standards.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, control expenses, and drive occupancy to achieve NOI goals.
• Ensure accurate rent collection, reporting, and vendor invoice processing.
• Oversee leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and retention programs.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain curb appeal and operational excellence.
• Uphold compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
