We’re currently seeking an east coast based property manager with student housing experience willing to relocate to northern Maine to lead operations at a student housing community.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced student housing leader to drive leasing performance, own the financials, and lead a strong on-site team at a Class A property that is running well. The organization is newly independent and actively modernizing policies, procedures, and tech, offering the right candidate a seat at the table with executive leadership and the chance to help shape the platform’s next chapter.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a student housing community
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across leasing, marketing, and maintenance
• Own property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reporting
• Drive leasing and marketing strategy to maximize occupancy and renewals
• Partner with executive leadership and adapt to evolving policies, processes, and tech

Qualifications

• 2+ years of student housing management experience
• Proven team leadership with strong soft skills and a track record of meeting deadlines
• Deep knowledge of leasing and marketing, including digital tactics and events
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgets, P&L, NOI, and variance reports
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, change-oriented environment
