About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing residential real estate developer based in Kirkland, WA to find a hands-on Salesforce Consultant . This is a short-term engagement focused on optimizing Salesforce configuration, workflows, reporting, and user adoption, with exposure to construction and project management processes.

You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative internal team and directly with leadership to help improve visibility, data quality, and day-to-day usability of Salesforce and a construction workflow platform (managed Salesforce package).

What You’ll Do

Gather and refine requirements with business stakeholders
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, and dashboards
Support and enhance a Salesforce-based construction workflow platform
Build reports and dashboards for leadership visibility
Test changes in sandbox environments prior to deployment
Document workflows, enhancements, and data models
Train and support users across multiple teams
Assist with rollout and post-launch stabilization

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of Salesforce experience with strong configuration and reporting skills
Hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, security model, and dashboards
Ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions
Strong communication, documentation, and user training skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Prior consulting or contract experience preferred

Nice to Have

Experience working with managed Salesforce packages
Exposure to construction, real estate, or project-based workflows

Work Environment

Small, collaborative team
Initial onsite onboarding preferred, flexible hybrid or remote afterward

Additional Notes

This role is configuration- and adoption-focused
Heavy custom development is not required
Must be authorized to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship
