We're stocked with homeware, decor, and supplies from small, independent brands who take pride in what they make and craft. We offer custom gift wrapping, hand-tied seasonal bouquets and arrangements, and antiques from our explores across the country.
Retail Associates-
Weekend, evening and Holiday Availability required
-Strong attention to detail and organization skills
-Should be comfortable working independently, connecting the dots, driving a project list, and communicating upwards effectively.
-Warm, authentic hospitality and great customer service
-Should love home decor, hosting, and events!
-Are a trusted resource for both the management and sales team
-Maintain store standards, ringing sales, and restock
-Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and at our pop up shop
-Polished presentation and strong service instincts
-Best candidates should speak English and Spanish
-Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
-Must be comfortable lifting 25 lbs
-Must be comfortable in a dog friendly shop and working with an ever-changing home decor and eventing environment
-Great discounts at our shop for holiday gifting as well as daily dining discounts for staff meal at our restaurant Champers Social Club
Hourly Rate starts at $18/hr and is commensurate with sales experience
