Job Title: Senior Total Rewards / Benefits Analyst

Location: Greater Philadelphia

Salary Range: 85K – 105K plus benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about creating impactful compensation and benefits strategies that enhance employee experience and drive organizational success? We’re seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join our client’s dynamic HR team and play a key role in shaping and supporting their total rewards programs.

About the Role

As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and management of compensation, benefits, and HRIS processes. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals—while also enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Support the design, communication, and administration of employee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, etc.).
  • Manage retirement programs, streamline audit processes, and recommend improvements.

Compensation

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Assist with annual proxy statement preparation and incentive plan calculations.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations on compensation and benefits data.
  • Analyze program impact on engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

HRIS

  • Support Workday configuration and maintenance for annual processes (open enrollment, merit, incentives).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements that improve the employee experience.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, recruiting, and leadership to align total rewards strategies.
  • Communicate program details to employees to foster understanding and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retirement benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday or similar).
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A systems thinker with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Experience
