This role blends creative content creation with direct donor support, helping us expand our community while making sure every donor feels comfortable, confident, and empowered.
We are a small, fast-moving, female-led team passionate about making family building more accessible. Every team member plays an essential role in educating and supporting donors while growing our impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media & Video Content
• Create engaging TikTok and YouTube videos that educate and inspire potential egg donors.
• Develop creative strategies to increase brand awareness and donor applications.
• Stay on top of social media trends to produce content that resonates with our audience.
• Donor Recruitment & Onboarding
• Respond to inquiries from prospective egg donors and guide them through the application process.
• Educate and support donors so they feel informed, comfortable, and confident.
• Upload and manage donor profiles in our internal database.
• Client Communication & Support
• Answer phone calls with professionalism and compassion.
• Provide helpful information and connect clients and donors with the right team members.
Qualifications
• Proven experience creating TikTok and YouTube videos (please share examples).
• Strong interest in women’s health and passion for educating and empowering others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, customer service, or healthcare/IVF industry a plus.
