Now Hiring: Special Education Paraprofessionals | Blaine, MN | 2025–2026 School Year

Hello Special Education Paraprofessionals!

Come work with a woman and therapist run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Paraprofessionals in the Blaine, MN area for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Position:  Special Education Paraprofessional
• Full-time positions (32.5 paid hours a week)
• Elementary positions
• Drug screening and background check required
• Assist in implementing student Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), 504 Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and sensory plans
• Work under the direction of a licensed teacher

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits  OR
• Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on  ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments  
• Drug screening and background check required
• Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
