We’re seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare projects to join a trusted commercial contractor with a century-plus legacy of building meaningful spaces. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Direct all field operations on healthcare construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M+
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity at every stage
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to keep the project on schedule and aligned with specs
• Manage infection control protocols, interim life safety measures (ILSMs), and ensure full compliance with hospital/healthcare standards
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, owners, architects, and field staff to solve problems and anticipate issues
• Maintain accurate field documentation including daily reports, schedules, and punch lists

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with 3+ years in healthcare projects (hospital renovations, surgical suites, MOBs, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of healthcare-specific building codes, infection control requirements, and complex MEP coordination
• Proven ability to lead field teams and subcontractors with integrity, urgency, and attention to detail
• Solid computer skills; familiarity with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• Strong communicator with a leadership style that earns trust and respect on site
