Oriental Yuhong is a world-leading building materials and systems provider, specializing in areas such as waterproofing, specialty mortars, coatings, and energy-efficient insulation. As part of our global expansion strategy, we have established a state-of-the-art TPO roofing membrane manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. The plant is now in a critical phase of development, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Location: Houston, Texas, USA

Position Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the commissioning of new production lines, process optimization, and providing daily technical support in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Participate in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new imported production equipment.

2-Monitor and optimize daily production operations and process parameters; troubleshoot technical issues.

3-Enforce product quality control standards through testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with North American regulations.

4-Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and technical reports.

5-Collaborate closely with R&D, quality, and management teams in both China and the U.S. to drive continuous process improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

1-Legal Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in North America (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid long-term work visa such as H1B/L1 with transfer eligibility).

2-Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Machinery, or related fields.

3-Language: Professional English proficiency; basic Chinese communication skills are preferred.

4-Experience & Skills:

1-Experience in polymer extrusion, calendaring, casting, or related processes is preferred.

2-Familiarity with polymer materials such as TPO, PVC, and PE is a plus.

3-Recent graduates or junior engineers with relevant experience in polymer sheet manufacturing or chemical production are encouraged to apply.

4-Strong sense of responsibility, learning agility, problem-solving skills, and teamwork spirit.

5-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking startup environment.
