COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay range: $20.00 – $24.00/hour
• Full-time, W2 employment
ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures accurate and timely processing of title documentation to support foreclosure operations. By reviewing, verifying, and interpreting complex title histories and related mortgage documentation, you will help maintain compliance, reduce processing errors, and expedite case resolution for a high-volume portfolio. Success is measured by accuracy, turnaround time, and contribution to team efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review Title Reports, date-down endorsements, and related documentation for accuracy
• Verify chain of title, assignment details, and Affidavits of Authority
• Analyze bankruptcy cases and interpret parcel maps, mortgage documents, and appraisals
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and multiple client portals for real-time updates
• Perform general office duties including copying, filing, and answering phones
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience
• 2+ years of Title experience
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to type 50+ WPM
• High School Diploma or GED

• Client-specific title and foreclosure portals
• Document imaging and management systems
• Phone and email communication platforms
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in Foreclosure, Escrow, or Title operations
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem-solve independently with high attention to detail
