They are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join their dynamic and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review complex estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, charitable planning, and business succession.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and fiduciaries to develop comprehensive estate plans.
• Stay current on federal and state tax laws affecting estates and trusts.
• Provide guidance on probate and trust administration matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the North Carolina state bar (or ability to waive in).
• LLM in Taxation preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in trusts and estates transactional/drafting work.
• Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws.
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters with professionalism and attention to detail.
