About the Role

We are hiring local candidates interested in a long-term career who are willing to grow with us. We need a reliable, motivated crew member with underground utility experience. CDL license is preferred. The role involves installing underground conduit systems and operating various construction equipment while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Install underground conduit systems
• Set handholes, manholes, and utility structures
• Operate mini-excavators, skid steers, and directional boring equipment
• Read construction drawings and utility plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive worksite
• Travel as needed — per diem and hotel provided

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction and underground infrastructure
• CDL preferred but not required
• We offer in-house CDL training with 12-month commitment

Required Skills

• Ability to operate construction equipment
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
• Applicants must complete a pre-employment fitness for duty examination
