**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** Join a leading parts cleaning company as a General Laborer, playing a vital role in the production process. You will be responsible for processing, cleaning, and inspecting parts and assemblies from high-tech semiconductor manufacturing in a controlled cleanroom environment. **Responsibilities** + Process, clean, and inspect parts and assemblies from semiconductor manufacturing. + Disassemble, refurbish, reassemble, and prepare parts for final cleaning. + Maintain high safety and quality standards while focusing on customer needs and company values. + Manage inventory to ensure proper stocking levels. + Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components. + Operate and support maintenance of processing equipment such as media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, and ovens. + Utilize mechanical and chemical cleaning techniques. + Use safety equipment including hearing protection, safety glasses, face shields, and chemical-resistant aprons and gloves. + Handle potentially hazardous materials, adhering to manufacturing and safety procedures. + Work in a cleanroom environment, following micro-contamination protocols. + Adhere strictly to corporate, industry, and site protocols and procedures. + Ensure work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools. + Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs. + Experience in assembly and cleanroom environments. + Knowledge of chemical handling and inspection processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous. + Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** This is a stable company offering opportunities for growth and skill development. The initial schedule is Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm, transitioning to a shift pattern of Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday, 6 am - 4:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, OR. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
